The Story:
Slipknot was forced to take Frail Limb Nursery and Purity off their
self titled album. Why you ask? Ok, first of all, Purity is about
a girl named Purity Knight who was buried alive and all this sick
shit. It really moved Corey so he decided to write a song about it.
After the album is out and is doing very well, http://www.crimescene.com
(where the Purity story came from) notices the song and Slipknot's
success and tells them that the story is fiction. Since the story
is fiction, crimescene.com has a copyright on it and they threatened
to sue if Slipknot doesn't take Frail Limb Nursery and Purity off
the album. So they took the songs off the album and replaced them
with one of the digipack songs, "Me Inside".

on the album)

My Thoughts:
First off, crimescene.com fuck you. If you're going to make sick stories
that seem very real, make sure you get across to the reader that it's
fiction. You only have yourself to blame. You had it coming but in
the end you screwed Slipknot over anyway. And who gives a fuck if
they put it on their album? It's not like that's the only good song
on the album anyway. You're acting like "If that song wasn't
on there, they wouldn't be that popular" but that's not true
at all. So fuck you and fuck your misleading fiction.
